Stilla/Still

The Stilla/Still series is a line of oil paintings, created to bring you presence and calm before the vastness of the open sea. 

The series is constantly evolving. Some paintings picture a muted light, others the sea at night. 

This series has its orgin in a period of personal pain and sorrow, when my need of hope, perspective and stillness gave way to these paintings. It is my hope that these originals will bring ease to you as well. And if you wonder as to how many Stilla:s there are, I've last painted number nineteen. So number twenty will be next. If you wonder why not more paintings are shown here, it's because they are elsewhere. :)
