Rest I

Oil on canvas. 40 * 30 cm. 

Vila I is a small study of a water surface. It is painted to fit the smallest of spaces. The soft, greyish lilac color is one of my favourites, a reflection of evening sky. The light is a slice of hope. For me, and for you. Of rest. Restfulness.
